Demeter is the goddess of the harvest and agriculture.  She oversees the fertility of the earth through grains and seeds.  Demeter was often worshiped more generally as a goddess of the earth and I think, given today's damage caused by modern chemicals added to the earth, Demeter is needed now more than ever.  Don't you agree? 
Organic gardens and allotments which are free of chemicals must surely be the right way to feed our families.
 
I have made Demeter here from natural dyed fleece and I have sewn in beads for her bouquet and hair decoration. She has paper flowers as her crown.
 
This beautiful goddess measures 10" long.  She would sit beautifully in your greenhouse, yes?
