Shipping Info

All orders typically get processed and shipped in 2-3 days from my studio in Kent, UK.

Shipping is free to UK.

There is a £6 shipping charge to all other worldwide destinations. 

Susan Rose Art does not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages.


Shipping Worldwide

International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Susan Rose Art.  They are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. We are not accountable if you incur customs fees.


General

Susan Rose Art does not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.


We do not mark packages as a gift. Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.

Return Policy

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your product you can return it at your own cost and a full refund will be issued upon receipt. Please insure your item so it can be tracked back to Susan Rose Art.  You are responsible for this fee.
